Apollo 11 Strain Review Photoperiod
Apollo 11 is a potent Sativa is a cross between the two popular strains, Jack Herer and Cinderella 99. The long, bright green buds are covered in dull orange hairs and are extremely resinous. Apollo 11 is so sticky that some patients opt to break the buds apart with their fingers instead of using a grinder. The smell given off of Apollo 11 is most commonly related to a lemon scented furniture polish, similiar to a pine sol scent. The taste is a mix between lemon and cinnamon and is moderately smooth on the inhale. As far as effects are concerned Apollo 11 is a standard Sativa, with the one exception being that it has no problem knockin you out. Do not confuse this effect with pain relief, Apollo 11 is mostly for mood and relaxation and does little for pain management. Patients in need of an appetite stimulant will enjoy Apollo 11 strain as it is known for inducing a state of “munchies”. Migraines are hit and miss with this strain, as it seems to depend on the individual patient. One thing patients have complained about is the dry mouth that almost always occurs when smoking this strain, it is recommended to keep a liquid of some sort on hand when medicating with Apollo 11 strain.
